Six Degrees Challenge: To Judi

Six Degrees: NTO Style

Valerie Bertinelli

to

Faith Ford

The Challenge: I made the connection from VALERIE BERTINELLI to FAITH FORD in three TV degrees. If Judi can do equal or better, she wins 10 points + 5 bonus points IF she can avoid the use of anyone who worked for FYI. (And yes, I did issue the final challenge of the decade last year, but my New Year’s resolution was to give Judi a change to redeem herself on the point board this year).

If YOU, the reader, can do better AND post it in the comments before Judi posts her answer to the bottom of this post, YOU get a prize. Seriously, something [less terrifc than Judi would send] will show up on your door step within one calendar year.

The Rules: No online research allowed. ESPECIALLY IMDB!! Come on, it’s a GAME, half the fun is PLAYING not CHEATING. Any and all research conducted at your local library is accepted and encouraged. Connections through television AND movies are accepted, relationships are not.

Challenge Accepted: Yeesh. This one SUCKED. The only things I know about Val Bert is that she starred in One Day at a Time (which I did not watch), a bunch of Lifetime movies (which I have not seen) and Jenny Craig commercials. Guess which proved the most fruitful?

Valerie Bertenelli starred in a few (or one) Jenny Craig commercials with Kirstie Alley

who starred in Veronica’s Closet (oh, yes. I went there.) with Kathy Nijimy which immediately reminded me of (her comedy partner) Mo Gaffney WHO I RECALL once guest-starred on the show as well.

Mo Gaffney was also on That 70s Show with Marian Ross

who co-starred on Happy Days with Ted McGinley

who played Faith Ford’s husband on Hope & Faith

Yes, that took forever (5 degrees). Shut up and leave me alone.

Valerie Bertinelli starred in “Finding John Christmas” with William Russ (Mr. Matthews from “Boy Meets World”) who starred in “Boston Legal” with Candice Bergen, who starred on “Murphy Brown” with Faith Ford. BAM! I miiight give you the bonus points though, because you did avoid using “Murphy Brown.”
